Kinsey Smith is an innovative entrepreneur with skills spanning research, web design, prototype development, and strategic planning, Kinsey brings a unique blend of creative and analytical abilities to her work. Driven by personal experiences, she founded EzBitez to bridge the gap between restaurants and diners with allergies. She has conducted three research projects on food allergies, presenting findings at the Association for Psychological Science conventions in 2023 and 2024, and winning the 2024 APS Student Grant Competition. Published in PLUM Magazine, Kinsey combines academic and creative writing skills to explore new solutions.

As a global Chief Marketing Officer, at GE, Honeywell & United Rentals, Frank brings extensive global leadership experience in strategy, marketing, and product development. Now focused on bridging academia and business through Pacific University’s Career Readiness program, this initiative promotes experiential learning, guiding students in leadership, skill development, and career opportunities. Frank leverages his insights to help organizations reach their goals, drawing from a career that includes building successful teams and creating an Emmy Award-winning commercial for United Rentals.

Ivette Heredia is a dedicated leader with over eight years of experience in digital marketing and strategy to support small to mid-sized businesses. As a former entrepreneur and marketing agency owner, she cultivated a passion for holistic management, fostering company culture, efficient workflows, and sustainable growth. Currently serving as the Director of Market Development at Pacific University College of Business. Ivette bridges academia and industry to create experiential learning opportunities, strengthen community partnerships, and empower students to thrive in their careers. Recognized with the 2024 Washington County Chamber Chair's Award and as Chair of the Latino Business Advisory Council, she is committed to driving innovation, inclusivity, and meaningful impact.

Dean of the College of Business | Pacific University College of Business

In addition to being the Dean, Jennifer is also Pacific University’s General Counsel and previously served as the Associate Vice President of Human Resources. She has 20+ years’ experience in both the tech and the sportswear industries providing legal, business development, international trade and human resources advice. She received a double degree from Pacific University in Biology and English and a juris doctorate degree from Northwestern School of Law of Lewis and Clark College. She is also a registered patent attorney. Jennifer has founded two non-profits, one while a student at Pacific and was CEO of a joint venture between Motorola and InFocus. Jennifer has diverse expertise that spans five continents with multi-national companies like Nike, InFocus, Viewpoint and Keen Footwear.

Now based in the US, James dedicates his efforts to help businesses thrive, underlining Birdee Media’s mission to foster genuine relationships.
